Who am I?

My name is Miloš and I am 36 years old. After the DIF and the College of Health, I further educated myself about the foods needed for a healthy life and started the process of helping you to fulfill your goal, to be first of all healthy and then satisfied with your body, and so that journey lasts 7 years, behind  myself I have over 500 clients, online and live. The Coach is not only responsible for training, he is also your psychologist, friend, life Coach!

Why can't you lose weight? Because at the start you have a mindset and an approach that really can't take you far. Let's say you have a goal to lose a couple of kilos in a couple of weeks. When you make that decision, you indulge in restrictions, starvation, various diets: Keto, Chrono, Autophagy, LCHF (low carb high fat). True, you will lose weight quickly, but since this is not a smart approach, at the first opportunity you will relax, forget about everything and indulge in overeating, and you will return the kilos to the old and so on in a circle...

Your task is to build discipline, and with it, your self-confidence will be built. You will see that after only 2 months of following your routines (training habits, balanced diet...) you will be able to notice a big difference yourself, as well as the people around you.

You will never want to go back to your old habits of staying up until noon, sitting in front of the TV eating chips and ordering food through delivery apps.

My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals. You can see some of the transformations I achieved with them a little further down. None of them gave up, starved, and did cardio to exhaustion. Our goal is to progress together and to get to know each other. Working with me at the same time you are practicing and educating yourself, you can ask a question about anything. What includes collaboration with me ?

Training plan

The training program is adapted exclusively to you and your goals. Together we learn the technique under my supervision and intelligently program the training. We analyze which movements you can perform and where we should pay the most attention when choosing exercises. Performance technique is very important.

Nutrition plan

After the questionnaire I send you, where you answer questions about nutrition, health problems, allergies, food budget and free time, I create a plan for you that will not require any sacrifices and where our goal is to first learn to control ourselves in our heads so that we do not overeat .

24/7 support

This is perhaps the most important in the whole process. The coach-client relationship is extremely important in order to follow progress together. Communication takes place via WhatsUp or Viber and you can ask me any question about a doubt if you have, or live in personal training.

How might you be thinking right now?

- You think about how you will sacrifice yourself for the next 3 months and perceive training as a punishment and how you will be denied many things.

- How are you afraid to go to the gym because you are not experienced enough and that you will not be able to cope.

- How come you don't have time for that, but you will start from next Monday, from the 1st of the following month or you will surely decide to start from the new year.

- How will you lose weight with the help of some magic pills or teas in the morning on an empty stomach or by some kind of starvation and running until exhaustion.

- You eat something sweet and rush for a whole bar of chocolate or in the evening you get up in the middle of the night and open the fridge because you are hungry and there is no hope for you.

How should you think?

- You need to gradually change your habits and realize that changing your habits is for your own good and that you will progress. This is not a marathon, so you have to finish as soon as possible and then go back to the old way.

- No one came to the gym the first time with a smile. Everyone has been at the beginning once and the most of them can relate. Everybody had a rough start and no one's goal is to make fun of the beginners. You should go without hesitation and you will see what I am talking about.

- With every delay, you show yourself that you see all this as a punishment. The best time to start working on yourself is right now while you are reading this. Life goes by fast and we should use every moment we are given to improve ourselves.

The price of the service

Personal training

Personal training sessions are held at Dorćol in the "Ahilej" gym at  Višnjićeva 10 Street, Belgrade. After we hear from each other by call or message and exchange information, we agree on our first meeting where we get to know each other and the right schedule for personal training sessions. Personally, I think that is personal training the best option. Having someone with you who is dedicated to you and where you see the exercises performed live is much more effective. That way I can easily correct mistakes during the exercises so that we hit the muscle in the most optimal way and provide it with an effective stimulus.

Online mentoring

Online coaching is a more specific way of mentoring where the client has the opportunity to organize himself better depending on the schedule of daily duties. The client can train at a time of day that suits him. He receives a written training plan and can ask me a question at any moment. If, for example, he is in the gym, we can connect to a video call and watch him do exercises and get the impression that I am right next to him. The client has 2 options: The first option is online training via video call where we communicate in real time and I show you the exercises. Another option is to get a written training plan and follow it.
